Staying true to Daniel's Diet 2:
- Listen into the weekly Tuesday health Conference Call at 8 pm. Our weekly Daniel's Diet 2 Call has finished. Learn how to listen to recordings of our former weekly Daniel's Diet conference call.
- Maintain the Daniel's Diet. (If you have some Daniel's Diet recipes you'd like to share, please e-mail them to us.)
- Do a brisk walk for 30 minutes or walk 6000 - 10,000 steps a day, five or more days a week. See the exercise handout at this link (http://nechealth.northeasternsda.com/document_groups/14) for information on the benefits of exercise.
- Drink sufficient water daily. A simple way to tell if you are drinking enough water is the color of your urine. Sufficient water intake is indicated by a pale color.
- Choose a Daniel's Diet Buddy to whom you will be accountable.
- Pray daily and read spiritually-uplifting material. For instance, view our Words of Wisdom, for a new spiritual theme to focus on each week.
