This will include:
- Listening to the weekly Tuesday health Conference Call at 8 pm. Our weekly Daniel's Diet 2 Call has finished. Learn how to listen to recordings of our former weekly Daniel's Diet conference call.
- Maintaining the Daniel's Diet.
- Brisk walking for 30 minutes or 6000 - 10,000 steps a day, five or more days a week.
- Drinking sufficient water daily.
- Choosing a Daniel's Diet Buddy to whom you will be accountable.
- Praying daily and reading spiritually-uplifting material.

Daniel 1:15-20: "At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food....
